Like so many of our customers, MaxCare had a less than fortunate experience with another digital services provider. Applications were set up in a way that did not fit the MaxCare business model, ads were running without clear measurements and were evaluated vaguely against unclear goals. The web site was locked into a hosting relationship and changes were not easy to come by.

The GreenHaven Interactive Approach
GreenHaven Interactive rebuilt and launched a new site, agreeing to host the site in WordPress. WordPress sites are flexible and GreenHaven makes changes as MaxCare needs. Additionally, we provided MaxCare staff with access to their own website to make their own updates as desired.
GreenHaven Interactive also developed an SEO campaign strategy to further improve MaxCare’s local reach. Managing their Google My Business, we are currently using Google’s Webmaster Tools and Analytics to make week-by-week improvements and build a solid online reputation.
Furthermore, we are working directly with MaxCare for content creation and social media management to continuously refine their message and provide valuable information and support to those who find themselves in need of assistance after a minor or major disaster (from flood, mold, fire, or other damage).
